How much is postage and packaging?

What if I need my order sooner?
We understand that sometimes you need an order to be delivered quicker than 2nd class so there is an option at checkout to select Royal Mail Signed For 1st class.
Please note that this is not included in our free delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to get your box sent off within 48 hours of receiving your order as we pack all boxes by hand. Sometimes it can take a little longer during busy periods but we will do our very best to get orders out as soon as possible.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days delivery time using Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class and 1-2 days delivery time using Royal Mail Signed For 1st class.
Deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may take up to 7 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another once your order is on its way (please check your junk folder if you can’t see it in your inbox).

What happens if I haven’t received my order?
In the unlikely event of your parcel going missing please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We can look into this using Royal Mail’s online Track & Trace tool. This allows us to confirm delivery of your order and to view the image of the signature of the person who signed for your item.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only deliver to the UK, however if you send us an email to email@example.com we will see if there is anyway we can help.
Can my order be delivered directly to the recipient?
Of course! Just add their shipping address at checkout.
Can I add a note in the order?
Absolutely! All of our boxes come with a complimentary note card of your choice with the option to either add a handwritten message or to leave it blank.
Can I order multiple gift boxes to be delivered to different addresses?
If you would like to ship gift boxes to multiple addresses please submit each order separately. You can order multiple boxes on one order if you are delivering them all to the same address.
Do you include receipts in the orders?
Your order will be treated like a gift so no trace of receipt or invoice will be seen! This means that it's very important to add the name of the recipient and who it is from on your notecard.
You will receive an order confirmation email with receipt details.
What sizes are your gift boxes?
Our luxury gift boxes come in two sizes:
Large measures 280 x 220 x 110 (mm)
Medium measures 200 x 160 x 80 (mm)
Our children's boxes are:
350 x 260 x 100 (mm)
Our letterboxes are:
24.5 x 19.4 x 2.4 (cm)
Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes, you now have the option to choose which products to put in your box. Just had over to our Build Your Own Gift Box page.
Do the contents of the box ever differ from the website?
We take great care curating our boxes and we deliver what you see in the written descriptions of products on our website, with exception to any props or decorations that are used for photography purposes only.
On the rare occasion that we find ourselves out of stock on any of the items in your chosen box we will contact you to discuss alternative and suitable options.
Do you offer corporate Leith & Gray boxes?
We do! Whether it’s for individual colleagues and clients or for a bigger event just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss your bespoke details.
What is your returns policy?
Returns must be sent back to us in the original packaging and we strongly advise proof of postage.
